A useful cleaning plan begins before moving day. A few practical details help you and your cleaner understand the work and the timing.
Start with the handover details.
Check your building’s handover instructions and write down the areas that need attention. Share that list when requesting a quote, including any carpet or appliance tasks.
Tell us what will be left in the property.
An empty property and a furnished one need different planning. Confirm when belongings will be removed and which cupboards or appliances will be accessible.
List extras explicitly.
Inside the oven, inside the fridge, cupboard interiors, carpet cleaning, and interior glass should be listed in the agreed scope. A moving clean does not automatically include every possible task.
Agree on access and timing.
Share the preferred cleaning date, key arrangements, parking or elevator requirements, and your handover timing. Your preferred date is a request until the appointment is confirmed.
